"My wife and I were considerably apprehensive as we initiated the search for our next family dog. The stakes were high, as we were seeking a companion for our youngest son who had recently been diagnosed with autism. Neither of us had previously owned a Doberman, although we both had notable encounters with this breed at various times in the past.
Roberto Zorzi of Del Littorio International Doberman Kennel struck us as being sincere, hard working, and of an “old school” mind when it came to his breeding and training program. His dogs were not only gorgeous, but appeared to be healthy, confident, and well-trained. As a veterinarian of almost 40 years, I have come across breeders of all philosophies, types, shapes, and sizes. Roberto possesses the qualities that my wife and I consider to be fundamental in a dog breeder. In fact, we entrusted Roberto with selecting our puppy (over ourselves) because it was obvious that he retained the uncanny ability to foresee a dog’s future personality as well as its eventual ability to integrate within a family unit.
To say the least, our Doberman has far exceeded our expectations in just about every way possible. Not only has “George” infused himself into our family to the most elemental of levels, he and our son have become the very best of friends. "Hi. My name is De Nai Stephenson. I determined I would benefit from having a service animal after undergoing 2 brain surgeries. I contacted Mr. Zorzi after doing a lot of research on the breed and after doing much reading and investigating different breeders. Ultimately, I chose Mr. Zorzi due to his extensive experience breeding the Doberman. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes great care with his dogs and it shows.
I met Mr. Zorzi and his dogs for the first time and I was completely blown away by the tour of his accomplishments with this breed. I’ve never seen a more extensive investment. Mr. Zorzi has truly invested his life in the betterment of the Doberman breed. His dogs are majestic, imposing and incredibly well behaved. They truly are magnificent and a testament to his breeding practices. Mr.Zorzi does not breed for size as many backyard breeders do. He understands the need for breeding to the standard. He breeds for a healthy and viable Doberman with excellent temperament per the Doberman breed standards.

"I have owned 4 Dobermans over the last 35 years. We met with Roberto in September 2021 a couple months after our Doberman Charlie 3 passed at age 14. Having had 3 Dobermans over the previous 31 years we knew we wanted another Charlie. I looked at many “breeders” websites and late one night came upon Littorio. We arranged a meeting a few days later. Roberto spent over 2 hours with us. We learned about his breeding history including the DNA records of sire and dam of the puppies we would see.. After our meeting there was no doubt, we would be getting Palmira aka CharlieIV from Littorio.
Charlie IV is now 4 years old. She is an amazing dog with great spirit and playfulness. We don’t show her but are often stopped on our walks by people commenting how beautiful she is. "My husband and I feel incredibly blessed to have gotten a Doberman from Roberto. We bought Diego as a puppy in 2020, and he came to us already potty trained and so well socialized as a pup! Diego has the best personality and is my very best friend. He is smart, goofy, and so loving. He is very willing to just lounge on the couch and snuggle with our other dog and the cats, or he is just as up for going on hikes in the woods. Diego is great with kids, and all animals. He’s incredibly gentle and kind. He’s also got a great work ethic and loves to do Schutzhund training. If you are going to get a Doberman, Roberto Zorzi is the place to go. I plan to get another puppy in the next couple of years, and I will definitely be getting another Del Littorio Doberman. They are the very best dogs on the planet!"

We have raised Dobermans for close to 40 years, and Roberto Zorzi’s Dobermans are the best Dobermans that we have had.
8 years ago we did extensive research and found Roberto Zorzi of Del Littorio International Doberman Kennel.
We set up an interview for a "meet and greet", before we chose a breeder for our next Doberman, and we found that he was by far the best breeder around. Later, they provided us with "Omar", a beautiful, intelligent, quick learner who has an all-around great personality. "Omar" is attentive, and a great companion and family dog.

On our first visit to del Littorio Doberman, what became immediately apparent was the care, experience and dedication Roberto and his wife have in raising and making available the finest quality Dobermans.
